Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët (/ˈɛmuq˔/ /ˈhjego˞q˔/ [sewer] [silence]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nogrehie̜w Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët was founded by Trgfëmthê Iardre, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 11°C (51°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 12°C (53°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët receives an average of 217 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2130 m (6988 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët was founded durring the early 16th century in spring of the year 1542, by Trgfëmthê Iardre. The establishment of Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Trgfëmthê Iardre struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët as a prison colony.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The somewhat suffishent has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët long.

Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët's grid is powered by a direct leyline tap.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.

The Ice Elemental, Medium near Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves drinking to channel Abjuration energies of tier 2 via throat singing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët lost 202 people, 147 livestock, and 72 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 117, when members of Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a particular production site. The operation was complicated by a trusted officer who turned traitor and defects. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in defeat for Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Ëmuqüe-hyegöqüe Vrët's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
